Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if any investors are seeking there refund, Any request for a refund is only applicable before the committed amount has been utilized for the purchase of the assets you had selected.
In case you would like to seek a refund, please contact us at helpdesk@bizfinvest.com and we shall update you on the status of the purchase of the asset. If the asset is yet to be purchased, the committed amount will be refunded to you within 15 business days of your request.
Further to this if refund requested post acquisition of assets, then the Customer has to reach their wealth manager and same shall be processed under 30 days with deduction of nominal charges.
