Mr. Bharat Kumar
With 8+ years of rich experience, worked at top management in various industries in strategy, achieving results, aligning innovation, fund raise, buy, merge & sell entities or business units, startup, scale & global business development. It has been exciting journey to lead equity deals in both buy and sell sides, incubating, keep challenging strategy, learning phases like unlocking international scaling and restructuring of revenue streams through strategy and financial analytics.
Experienced leader with skills in leading direct reports as well as cross-functional teams, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, developing sales forecasts and product pricing and launching new products to the marketplace. Proven ability to manage key account relationships and large-scale projects.
Mr. SANJEEV JAIN
Mr. Sanjeev Jain with more than 25 years of experience in the field of commercial banking, investment banking and corporate restructuring and financial reengineering.
He has done extensive work in the areas of Corporate Advisory, Cross border M&A, Investment appraisals, conducting due diligences, transaction documentation and post investment monitoring.
His understanding of Indian regulatory, fiscal statutes and international taxation, fund structures, corporate restructuring, compliance monitoring will be a significant assets to the fund. He has distinguished clientele of Indian and foreign Companies / JVs.
Mr. VIKAS KUMAR
With 12+ years of experienced professional and financial strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in SME financing, Debt syndication, Private Equity Funds, Funds of Funds and funds through private sources.
Mr. Rupesh Kumar Singh
Rupesh works on environment automation, deployment, and feature development. Prior to BIZFIN, Rupesh worked for more than 3 years for a couple of software companies helping them build cloud automation and provisioning services. He led system testing and production support teams at various retail giants.
He works with partners on data security and analytical data processing among other things.
Rupesh earned his B.Tech degree from Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).
